Surrogacy in Mexico is available to everyone, offering a unique alternative for homosexuals, singles, and couples who are looking for a more affordable option.
All our Surrogates are local Mexican women and reside in Mexico City. They all undergo a lengthy and rigorous screening process before being accepted into the program and they must have had at least one healthy baby derived from a successful pregnancy. During the pregnancy, the surrogates live with their families and maintain their lifestyles as per usual. They have regular visits to our clinic, which monitors their pregnancies according to standard Western pregnancy protocols. They undergo all the customary pregnancy tests in addition to periodic blood tests to ensure that their overall health is satisfactory and on track for a successful birth. The surrogates are generously compensated for the service they provide, and this process enables them to secure a future for their children and their families.
Our Egg Donors are Mexican or Colombian Latin women, many of whom qualify and enter our program as premium egg donors. They are all required to perform the egg extraction procedure at our clinic in Mexico City. All of the egg donors undergo psychological and medical screening and IP’s are provided with the donor’s genetic profile, medical history, family medical history, education, employment history, interests/hobbies and a selection of current pictures

With over 10 years of experience, Clínica de la Mujer is centrally located in Mexico City and provides a comprehensive range of fertility services under one roof. These include egg donation, IVF, dedicated operating and recovery rooms, and advanced laboratories. The only exception is the birth itself, which occurs at a private hospital in Mexico.
The clinic is led by Dr. Mendez and Dr. Mendoza. For surrogacy-related matters, our contact is Dr. Ana, who heads the surrogacy agency.
FertyCare –
With over 12 years of experience, FertyCare is known for its high service standards and adherence to the strictest international protocols in Mexico. You’ll find the clinic in a prime location in Mexico City.
FertyCare works in conjunction with Care Laboratory and has its own egg donor pool. We offer full surrogacy monitoring, including 24/7 support, and births occur at a private hospital in Mexico.
Victoria Lopez, who has over a decade of experience in this field, owns and manages the clinic.
The pregnancy protocol is rigorous and set to Western standards and will include monthly ultrasounds, nuchal translucency, GTT, anomaly examinations, etc..
We are pleased to work together with a local Attorney, who will assist and advise our Intended Parents throughout their surrogacy journeys on all the relevant legal processes in Mexico. His services will include drafting the contract between the Intended Parents and the surrogate, as well as registering the baby immediately after birth.
Tammuz Family is also proud to offer specific programs designed for people living with HIV due to advanced fertility technology. This enables couples and individuals who are living with HIV to undergo IVF and conceive perfectly healthy children. Intended Parents fly to Mexico city and undergo specific tests at the clinic before the ‘sperm washing’ procedure commences. After the testing phase is completed, the sperm-washing phase is carried out. Sperm washing is internationally recognized as a safe procedure. In May 2017, after reviewing reports on 11,500 assisted conception cycles that used the sperm washing technique, during which no woman or offspring contracted HIV, the US Government’s Centers For Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) determined the process was safe to endorse.
On average, the process in Mexico takes between 18-20 months. Naturally, different variables can influence this timeline.
