Yes, in Colombia/Argentina the maximum age for the process is 54. In the US, Georgia, and Mexico, the maximum age is 60. What happens if the surrogacy destination is closed off? Over our years of operations, we have dealt with legal changes in different countries. If, for any reason, a surrogacy destination is closed off, we at Tammuz will examine every possibility to continue your process at an alternative destination while minimizing costs as much as possible.
